Jesse Campbell is an American R&B singer. He was a member of Team Christina in the second season of the American television talent show ''The Voice''. ==Biography== Campbell was born in nearby Maywood, Illinois.〔(Album Review ), Allmusic〕 In 1970.〔('The Voice': Jesse Campbell Opens Up About Elimination, Christina Aguilera And The Future )〕 Campbell released an album on Capitol Records entitled ''Never Let You Go'', which reached No. 53 on the ''Billboard'' R&B Albums chart.〔(Album Charts ), Allmusic〕 The album spawned two charting singles, "When U Cry I Cry" and "Baby, Baby, Baby". He also recorded the song "Where Is the Love" for the soundtrack to the film ''Dead Presidents''.〔(The Voice Kicks Off Post-Super Bowl With a Blast from Christina's Past ). ''Billboard'', February 6, 2012.〕 Campbell was dropped from the label soon after, but continued singing, performing gospel music.
